In Brief, please introduce our company P.T.SEI MITRA GLOBAL, the cinnamon manufacturer and cocoa exporter. Our Company is a family business, actively involved in dealing with Cassia Vera, the type of cinnamon that to a large extent originates from Sumatra Province, Indonesia, and Cocoa Powder from all over the place of Indonesia, over an authorization as an agent to support market and sale.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Price is subject to change and based on our final confirmation
2. Payment: 100% TT, or 25% in advance after Proforma Invoice
or Sales Contract signed by buyer, 75% balance against fax copy
of original documents, or Irrevocable LC at sight. Other payment
term will be discussed by two parties.
3. Shipment date: depend on product classification, and will be
determined by an agreement of parties.
4. Documents included in the offers:
- COMMERCIAL INVOICE
- WEIGHT PACKING LIST
- 3 ORIGINAL B/ L
- CERTIFICATES OF: Fumigation( using photoxin) , Phytosanitary,
Origin Form A, Inspection issued by Sucofindo ( If necessary)
or by other Independent Surveyor.
5. Super dry 6 units for 20 Feet cont, and 10-12 units in 40 Feet.
6. Marking Available in color only
7. Detail request in Shipping Instruction issued by buyer and
approved by Seller/ Manufacturer.
