| Specification: | Cinnamon Cortex is from major tree over than 30 years of age and main stem which it' s oil content above 2.4% . It' s treated by cleaning the outside of the bark of main stem, washed and dried under sunbeam. Before processing begun, all row material is selected to put in classification and Cutting in processing machine. At the end processing, before loaded into packaging, the product brought onto conveyor to step of selection level to be clean from odor and foreign mater. The color show of the Cortex is mostly Dark brown and smell very strong in flavor.
